With a total investment of approximately 480 million RMB and a floor area of 80,000㎡, PAI’s new smart factory integrates new energy product design, R&D, smart manufacturing, and administrative operations. The facility is equipped with 5 automated smart production lines and features the industry’s longest 1,964-meter automated vehicle hanging conveyor system. Commissioned in early 2021, the smart factory has a comprehensive annual production capacity exceeding 1.5 million units.
Haiyan Smart Manufacturing Hub
A data-driven AI smart plant, defining the AI age of e-mobility manufacturing.
With a total investment of approximately 500 million RMB and a floor area of 75,019㎡, integrates the full spectrum of operations from R&D and smart manufacturing to quality control and testing. It houses dedicated workshops for robotic painting, chassis manufacturing, and vehicle assembly, and employs an overhead hanging production line with an RFID system for real-time data tracking. The factory is scheduled to begin operations in early 2026, with an initial annual production capacity exceeding 600,000 units.
