Ternary lithium semi-solid battery

Semi-Solid Batteries​ offer significant advantages: longer cycle life, substantially improved safety, lower usage costs, and enhanced interoperability between different product categories thanks to unified charging standards.

Unlike pure electric motorcycles, a range-extender electric motorcycle subjects its battery to continuous charge-discharge cycles and rising temperatures when the range extender is running.

Conventional lithium batteries are prone to issues like overcharge, over-discharge, short circuits, and thermal runaway under such conditions.

Our semi-solid state batteries​ deliver major improvements in cell energy density, discharge rate, thermal runaway temperature, needle penetration resistance at full charge, and low-temperature performance. This ensures a much higher level of safety for the user.

We have also upgraded the Battery Management System (BMS), incorporating a combination of high-precision ADC sampling, air pressure sampling, and digital temperature sensors. This design enables effective monitoring of each individual cell's health, robust protection against over-voltage, over-charge, overheating, and over-cooling, thereby minimizing safety risks associated with excessive temperature within the battery compartment.
